Thank you so much for providing the Spread Your Wings program for foster children in our area. Thanks to your program, our 3 foster daughters were able to take gymnastics lessons for the first time. They have really enjoyed learning how to balance, tumble, and perform their moves. It has been a valuable experience in terms of self-esteem, friendships, and also for gross motor movements and balance. Activities like gymnastics and other programs that the Spread Your Wings program sponsors can really help foster children have a fun activity that helps them to feel special. The Clothing Closet has been a valuable resource for our family. We have enjoyed being able to both donate clothing and supplies to the program as well as pick up different sized clothing when new foster kids arrive or our current foster kids have a growth spurt. We take in children in a wide range of ages, so having the possibility of different sized clothing, beds, and car seats if our current ones don’t work has been very helpful.
